Kalyx believes that therapy is a joint process clinician and client go through together, at the client’s pace.

Kalyx recognizes that a number of variables can contribute to a person’s psychological distress, which she hopes to help alleviate with therapy. Knowing more about your mental health and ways to promote mentally healthy activity is extremely important to a person’s overall wellbeing. Also, with regards to treatment: Kalyx believes each person to be an individual and that methods have to adapt to best suit client needs.
